  1. Install the JDK for Eclipse.
    Windows->preferences->java->install Jre->add SDK

  2. If you join M2 Maven in Eclipse to run the project times this error:
    The specified JRE installation does not exist
    You can do this, window->perferences->server->installed runtimes add Apache Tomcat server.

  3. Then run maven install, which downloads maven-related packages so that the compilation will eventually generate a jar package successfully.

  4. After the compilation is successful, the Xxx.jar package will be generated below the target of the project:
