Saltstack Minion Windows service failed to start

When you install salt-minion for Windows servers, including 2008R2 and 2003 SP2, the service is always reported to fail to start.

Searched for half a day and finally found a similar problem in the official discussion area.

The original is the lack of Visual C + + redistributable package, respectively download the following for 32-bit and for 64-bit, after installation again start the Salt-minion service is OK.
