Text downloaded from the Internet, there are often empty lines, which is not beautiful, printing and waste of paper. Here are two ways to remove empty lines:
Method One: Use the Replace function to delete a blank line.
1, open the need to organize documents.
2, select the Edit | Replace menu item (or press the CTRL +H key combination) to open the Find and Replace dialog box.
3. Enter two paragraph marks in the right box for Find what: ^p^p, enter a paragraph mark in the box to the right of "replace with": ^p. See the figure below.
4, click the Replace All button. There is no blank line in the document.
Note: Paragraph marks can also be entered as follows: Open the Find and Replace dialog box, click the Advanced (M) button, and then select paragraph mark from the special characters Drop-down list.
Method Two: Use the WPS-specific "type tool" to quickly delete empty lines.
1, open the need to organize documents.
2. Select the "Tools | type tool | Delete Empty section" menu item, at which time the blank line has been deleted.
