Save specific display ratio settings with the document or template

To save a specific display ratio setting as a document or template to enable this document or template with the specific display ratio setting, you must first make a change in this document or template. All you have done is to add and delete a space. This ensures that the document or template is edited and the settings are saved.

1. Open the document or template that you want to save with a specific display ratio.
2. In"View"Tab"Display ratio"Group, click"Display ratio".
3. Select the settings.
4. Add and delete a space in this document or template.
5. Click"Microsoft Office buttons"And then click"Save".
