Self-Report from programmers who have grown up in small companies

I have been very busy recently. It should be a nonsense. I am not busy with programmers, let alone I work in a small company.

This is my case. I like programming since I was in high school. After unremitting efforts, I was admitted to the college of software engineering. From my freshman year, I began to show my accomplishments in computer programming, which was also recognized by the university teacher. From my freshman year, I won the Web Design Competition Gold Prize to my junior and senior year's National College Students' Program Design third prize. I can say that the prize is soft. For a primary school student, I have never received a prize, it is indeed a great encouragement.

It is a great honor to be recognized by the teachers of the innovation lab of the college when I was in the sophomore year. I entered the lab to take charge of software development. Think about the two or three years of work in the lab, which has created a lot of value for the lab. Although each project will receive a small amount of subsidies, however, we all gather together to do something of interest. Life is still fun.

After all, happy days are always short, and soon I am in my senior year, when I am looking for a job. Because I was studying in a different city, And now I chose computer technology, I would naturally consider Beijing's fight. Because even if I had software development in the three-tier cities, I would not be able to achieve the same scale. But considering my girlfriend who has been in love for three years, of course, it is also a very tangled time. The teacher in charge of our previous innovation lab suddenly talked to me about one thing, saying that they opened a company in partnership, I have been operating for five years and the annual turnover of trade is more than 10 million.

Of course, I don't know about trade. I only know about development. The company is now preparing to set up the R & D department, and I am the first employee in the R & D department. As a result, I feel a lot of pressure on the development of the entire R & D department. The boss paid nearly 5000 yuan a month, which is already a high price for graduates in a third-tier city.

At this time, I sat in front of the company, responsible for the entire project R & D of the Project Department. When talking about the "Project Department", I was alone and recruited many programmers, I ended up with an inappropriate solution. after half a year of work, I have developed three sets of products for the company, and 80% of the Code is independently completed by me. From hardware integration, software architecture, and sometimes even ps a few images. This may be a disadvantage for small companies. I have enough manpower to deploy the system and install the machine. This is the only project department. Sometimes it is ridiculous.

A few days ago, I went to install debugging software for customer service. I had a lot of software and hardware. I was debugging and installing software by myself. The company called me and asked me to come back to work overtime to write code. I was on my way back to the company on a bicycle, it is inevitable that you will not be able to work hard on the way back. You may not think about it. If you go to a large company to do a project, you have a clear division of labor. At least you don't need to be a cool man who writes code at night.

This is the case for small companies. Although they are busy and have to do everything, they also have to work out their own things, whether they are dealing with things or technology. Both have made great progress.

In addition to programmers, I am also a webmaster. because I like to be a webmaster, I also operate a website that has just been launched. As a webmaster, everyone understands that this is a programmer and a bitter job. Unfortunately, it has caught up with me. When I was younger, I had a fight and a fight. When I was 6 or 7 years old, I never regretted it. It would be worth my life.
