Serialization of arrays

Serialization of an array is the conversion of the array's data into strings for delivery and database storage. The corresponding deserialization is the conversion of the string data into an array of data.

The corresponding function for serialization is serialize (), and the corresponding function for deserialization is: Unserialize ().

The former serialized data can be stored in a field in the database, and then deserialized by deserialization.

Here's a simple example:
