Settlement and invoicing-opening documents and invoicing documents
1. Create a user

Click "user management" on the desktop to go to the "user management" page.


New User

Click "add" to bring up the "Add User" form.



Click "User Information" or double-click the selected row. The "User Information" editing form is displayed.



2. Assign Permissions

Click the "user group management" icon on the desktop.



Go to the "user group management" Form



Select a user group and click "Add User" to select the user added to the user group.



Select a user group, click "user group information", or double-click to edit the user group permissions.



Iii. Account Opening wizard

Choose Start> Control Panel> enter system account opening to open the system account opening form.



1) Add a warehouse

Click the "add warehouse" icon in the system account opening process. The following figure is displayed:


Click "Root Node" to add a repository.


2) New Product Category

Click the "add product category" icon in the system account opening procedure, as shown in the following figure.


Click "Root Node" to add a product category.


3) Import Product Information

Click the "Import Product Information" icon in the system account opening procedure, as shown in the following figure.


Click "add ".


Click "import ".



The type of the imported file is as follows:



Format of the imported file type:


Note: the format of the import file must correspond to the format of the imported product.


4) import the product inventory at the beginning of the period

Click the "import product inventory at the beginning" icon in the system account opening procedure, as shown in the following figure.



5) New organizations

Click the "add Organization Category" icon in the system account opening procedure, as shown in the following figure. If you click this row and then click "subnode", you can add a sub-repository, you can also click "edit" or "delete" to edit or delete the row.



6) add sales personnel

Click the "add clerk" icon in the system account opening procedure to go to the "clerk management" page.


Click "add" to add a salesman.


7) Import organization information

Click the "Import organization information" icon of the system account opening procedure, as shown in the following figure:


Click "add". The following figure is displayed:


Click "import ".


8) Import receivables and payables at the beginning of the period

Click the "Import receivables and payables" icon in the system account opening process.


Click "export period ".


Note:

Click Import start time.



If you click "create account at the beginning of the period", the "set institution exchange at the beginning of the period" page is displayed.


9) set the initial account

Click the "set initial account" icon in the system account opening process to go to the "Account Management" form.



Click "Root Node". The "add subject information" page is displayed.

Click "import" to bring up the "Import Subject" page.

 

Click the selected row and click the "initial account creation" button. The "initial account creation" form is displayed.


10) System Account Opening

Click the system account opening icon to go to the system settings page.
