Setup of bullets and numbering in Word 2010

In a Word 2010 document, users can set the Paste option to determine whether to keep bullets and numbering when pasting text with the Retain Text Only option, as described in the following ways:

Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window, and click the file → options button, as shown in Figure 2012010715.

Step 2nd, open the Word Options dialog box and switch to the Advanced tab. In the cut, copy, and paste area, select the Keep bullets and numbering when pasting text using the Keep Text Only option check box, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2012010716.
