The reference to the practice community cop is very good, indicating that only through the practice + Community approach can we share knowledge more efficiently, create knowledge and sublimate knowledge. Only real knowledge practitioners can know how to better manage knowledge and how to create value for knowledge. Practice is not a community, and it is easy to make mistakes with a short eye and a frog at the bottom. Just like the description of the learning curve, the system will be stuck after a certain stage of practice; without practice, only community is similar to the current Internet-based virtual group. Knowledge is shared, but knowledge is often not a spark and does not create the expected value; A typical example of "no practice" and "no Community" is the traditional school education mode. The cramming teaching mode is often confused about why it is learned.

1. Personnel: people should not only have mutual interests, but also have close knowledge and skills. The practice community is not a Learning Group. Everyone in the team must be able to assume the role of the learner and sharer of knowledge. The inconsistency of the knowledge structure and Skill Level in the Community will waste a lot of time on communication. Finally, the Community is converted into a learning community rather than a practice community. Therefore, the practice community must focus on a certain field.

2. vocabulary: vocabulary is the basis for agile team communication. It indicates that everyone has the knowledge and the basic knowledge required by the team in a certain field. There are no too many communication barriers for team members, A common language has been formed. The first step for a new Community member is to understand the vocabulary and integrate it only after understanding it.

3. Face-to-face communication: Agile teams must collaborate efficiently, with an emphasis on efficient communication. Face-to-face communication with whiteboards is always the best communication method. Face-to-face communication is an important way of situational learning and Soft knowledge dissemination. At the same time, face-to-face communication is conducive to team cohesion and building trust between teams. Therefore, the practice community cannot be a virtual community. It must be in line with the offline activity model.

4. Practice: whether knowledge is truly useful or not, and true value creation must be achieved through practice. The first is personal practice, the second is group practice in the community, and the second is to further break through the community boundaries. There is a set of methodologies, including how to learn, methods and tools, architecture and ideas, test of practical steps and results. Practice shows that the community or each of them has benefited from their own practice. On the one hand, it verifies whether knowledge can create value or improve efficiency after practice, determined whether further promotion is possible. With practical tests, knowledge can be precipitated to form a map.

5. Team: Agile Project Management emphasizes the team and everyone in the team has the same values. Only in this way can we strive for the goal of the team. The Community must develop towards the team. Otherwise, the people will gather, but the people will be scattered. The significance of this community is that everyone can solve a practical problem together, accomplish a stage task or goal together, and practice a knowledge or theory together, sharing knowledge together to exchange experiences and make things happen together. Only in this way can the value of the Community be truly realized.

6. Rules: If there are no rules, the Community must have relevant articles and rules, and members of the community must strictly abide by and execute them. It is difficult for a community to impose certain strict punishments on its members. This once again emphasizes that the Community does not depend on a certain individual, it depends on the fact that everyone in the community has the ability to aggregate, otherwise it will not last for a long time. If a person does not respect the Community, or does not pay for it, the Community has the right to let these people leave. What truly persists is the Like-minded comrades-in-arms.

7. Methods and tools: in the Internet age, we have a deeper understanding of knowledge management and learning practices. Personal blogs, Internet practice communities, blog circles, and professional knowledge bases can all be seen on the internet, giving us more learning methods and channels. In addition, the promotion of time management, GTD, personal knowledge management, mind maps, Concept maps, blogs, and various tools has improved our learning efficiency. Practical communities must rely on the Internet, blogs, online communities, and other tools and technologies, but they cannot be separated from face-to-face communication and discussion. They need to better integrate with each other.
