Share folders with Vmware on Windows 7 and MAC systems

Windows 7 is server, Mac is client, and Mac is run on Vmware

1. Select the Shared Folders option from the Options menu of VMware.

2. Select always enabled.

3. Select the path name of the folder to be shared on Windows 7.

4. Set the folder to share in Windows 7.

5. Right-click the MAC system desktop and choose "Finder"> "connectting to server ".

6. In the server connection dialog box, enter [SMB: // ip address of the Windows Host]. SMB is the protocol name used to access the Windows Shared Folder.

7. After connecting to the Windows host, the shared folder of the host is displayed. Select the one you want to access.

8. When you open the finder again, you can directly access the shared folder.
