Sharepoint: Open the document directly in the browser (office web apps), open the document Error

Word documents are not supported by browsers in sharepoint, but infopath and excel are supported by Form services and excel services.
Because of the OWA service in sharepoint 2010, excel, word, infopath, and outlook are supported by browsers.

To directly open word and powerpoint documents in a browser, you must first install office web apps.

After the installation is complete, it cannot be used directly. You must also activate it:

Go to Site settings and click Site collection features,

After the installation is complete, open the word and powerpoint documents directly, and the following error occurs:

You can solve this problem by creating Word Viewing Service and Powerpoint Service Application:

Go to the sharepoint 2010 management center and Click Manage Service application.

Create Word Viewing Service and Powerpoint Service Application

 

After the process is completed, the following two errors are returned:

Go to the sharepoint 2010 management center and click Manage Services on server,

It is found that word Viewing Service and Powerpoint Service are stopped. Start these two services:

You can open the word and powerpoint documents normally.
