Stock Count

Stock count is to accurately calculate the month and year of inventory and access to the library situation, as well as the details of the stock of the warehouse, in order to carry out effective control of the storage and receipt of goods, to ensure that the goods are intact, the accounting is consistent; inventory counting is a time-consuming work, using the Silver Fox's "Stock Counting" function, Can simplify the work, help the enterprise to improve the efficiency greatly.

1), first through the "Inventory statistics" report, to print out the theoretical inventory quantity of all the goods, make the Inventory check list, and then make a one by one comparison with the actual counting number in the warehouse, and judge whether there is any error (loss) in quantity or weight. The Silver Fox is specific: select "Statistic Report" from main Menu-> "Inventory statistics," as shown in the previous illustration

Click on the "Print" button to enter the Print preview window

In the Print Preview window, you can make printer selection and page setup, and if the printer is ready, print directly.

2, holding a good print check, you can come to the warehouse to start the on-site inventory, you must carefully and meticulously in the check list of each item in the actual inventory quantity, this step can be sloppy!

3), the final inventory of the results, input "Silver Fox inventory housekeeper", the specific method is: into the application desktop, click on the "Stock counting" icon, as shown in the following figure

4), the actual inventory of the results, respectively, into the corresponding columns of the warehouse, then click the "Save" button, the system will automatically generate inventory comparison list.

5), confirm the inventory results are correct, click the "OK" button to submit inventory comparison, the audit will automatically update the inventory data after the entry into force
