Simple, secure, and quick installation and uninstallation of Windows dual-System

This method also applies to installing and detaching other Windows systems! Let's take Windows 8 installation on the basis of Windows 7 as an example. Let's talk about this method ......

1. Install the dual system. Make preparations first.
A. if you want to partition the shoes, skip this step. The following figure shows how to install Win8 on a laptop installed with Windows 7. First, we need to allocate a disk to it, open the control panel, and then open the management tools in turn> Computer Management> click disk management.

 

Select a disk with a relatively large capacity (I am here: F: disk), right-click and select the compressed volume: enter the size of the disk you want to allocate (for example, 20 GB, we will enter 20480) in "Enter the compressed space" and then click "compress ", then we can see a green available space.

 

B. Right-click the space and click Create volume.> next> assign the following drive letter and enter the drive letter you want to assign (I: disk ). Click Next> next> complete! We can see I: disk in the resource manager. Haha, this step is complete!

2. We entered the core phase of our security-to-dual system.
A. Download and decompress Windows 8. Be sure to decompress it outside the target installation partition (I will not decompress it here on the I: disk)
B. Open the decompressed file and find setup.exe in sources. Specifically, set setup.exe in sources .... If setup is not in sources, installation is doomed to fail !)
C. Select the disk you just installed on. Here we select I: the disk (do not install it on another disk, or you will face loss of information)
D. Then there is a long wait ............. After about 30 minutes, a dual-system will be installed!

 

3. How to safely uninstall one of the two systems
A. Press Win + R to open the run dialog box. Enter msconfig in it. OK. the system configuration dialog box is displayed.
B. Select the boot tab and Windows Developer Preview. click Delete. OK. Now we have deleted the Win8 boot, so that the win8 boot option is unavailable when the computer is started!

 

C. format the I: disk, Open Computer Management, right-click I: disk to delete the partition, select the partition you want to expand (such as F: disk), and right-click the expansion volume, OK. All done.
