Simple use of table triggers in MySQL

I've been exposed to triggers before, but I haven't written them myself, so here's a simple example:

The function is: two tables t_test,t_emp; Adding a trigger to T_test lets t_test add 1 to the NUM field value in T_emp each insertion of a single piece of data;
