Simplified configuration file read (RPM) using Spring 3 @value

Spring 3 supports @value annotations to get the configuration values in the properties file, greatly simplifying the code to read the configuration file.

1. Configure the properties file in the Applicationcontext.xml file

2. Get the value of the configuration file using the @value annotation in the bean

Even if you assign an initial value to a variable, the values of the configuration file will prevail.
