Sina Weibo how to manage the Enterprise Micro-blog avatar?

First step: Go to the Enterprise homepage, click the picture area above the left sidebar or the account settings from the top navigation, such as through the account settings in the top navigation, in the left sidebar, select "Change Avatar" column;

The third step: can choose local photos or photo upload;

Fourth Step: If you choose a local photo, click "Local Photos" in the dialog box to select the corresponding avatar picture (picture size suggested: Width 180px* height 180px), click "Open";

Fifth step: Select the picture area of the Avatar display, drag the floating sign under the avatar to adjust;
