Smarty alert 403

Smarty tip 403 I set up a php environment in VirtualBox & nbsp; linux and then access localhostSmartywebconfig. php is normal, but I map linux 80 to 8080 on win8. I can access the phpinfo page normally on localhost: 8080, but the localho smarty prompt is 403.
