Smarty Revelation 403

Smarty Tips 403
I set up a PHP environment in VirtualBox Linux.
Then access to http://localhost/Smarty/web/config.php is normal

But I mapped 80 of Linux to the real win8 8080.
I can access the Phpinfo page normally in http://localhost:8080.
But http://localhost/Smarty/web/config.php to tip 403, say no permission or anything.
I don't know why.

The port is at 8080, and the URL below you is the 80 port.


