No way, Miss W found that the team had to be built by herself, but this time she adjusted the recruitment conditions for telemarketers, requiring that they only need to graduate from a technical or high school, standard Mandarin, articulate, hardworking, extroverted, and not afraid of being rejected. After the above standards were relaxed, Miss W picked three slave persons from the interview. They both graduated from a secondary school and graduated from a freshman year later. They graduated from a Secretarial Major, have a certain degree of financial knowledge, and then are relatively extroverted personnel. Miss W had to start training the telemarketers again.
Miss W's assumption is that through two months of training and exercises, she hopes that they can basically make telemarketers with the above hands. If there is still room for improvement for telemarketers for half a year, you can switch to a salesman. Of course, the first two months are real, and the salary will be low. After the transition, they just graduated from school, and the salary will be higher, in the next three months, if you have scores, you can make further development.
