　　Error Reason:

The Routing and Remote Access service is not configured to receive calls as a RAS server.

　　Solution:

To enable the Routing and Remote Access server to receive a RAS call, follow these steps:

1, double-click the network from the Control Panel.

2, click Service, click Routing and Remote Access, and then click Properties.

3, click the port or you want to enable the call to be received, click Configure, and then select the port to receive the call for the RAS server.

4, click OK, and then restart the computer system prompts you.
