Ntp is set in two systems respectively. you can set the automatic detection time when the system starts in linux. However, the default ntp update in windows xp is one week (604800 seconds) you need to modify the windows xp registry file to increase the frequency:

"SpecialPollInterval" = dword: xxxxxxxx (synchronization interval. Unit: Seconds. the default value is decimal 604800, that is, one week)

Change 604800 to a smaller value, so that the system can synchronize the time in a shorter period of time.
