If different third-party libraries in the same project use different versions of Newtonsoft. in the case of Json, you can add the following nodes to the configuration file of the main project. json is forcibly directed to version 9.0.0.0.

This solution applies to backward compatibility with Newtonsoft. Json in later versions!
