1. log on with an Oracle user.

2. Run emctl stop dbconsole to stop the OEM.

3. Find the following three directories:

$ ORACLE_HOME/jdk/jre/lib

$ ORACLE_HOME/jre/1.4.2/lib

$ ORACLE_HOME/javavm/lib/ojvmfonts

Overwrite font. properties. zh_CN.Redhat in each directory. However, we strongly recommend that you back up data first.

4. Open a font. properties file in step 1 and view the last line:

Filename.-misc-zysong18030-medium-r-normal -- *-% d-*-c-*-iso10646-1 =/usr/share/fonts/zh_CN/TrueType/zysong. ttf

Check whether the font file/usr/share/fonts/zh_CN/TrueType/zysong. ttf exists. If any, go to step 1.

5. I found that the zh_CN Folder does not exist in the linux system, so I first created the zh_CN folder and the TrueType folder, and then started from the windows system C: A Chinese font file is found in the/Windows/fonts folder. I use STSONG. TTF, rename it zysong. ttf, copied to/usr/share/fonts/zh_CN/TrueType.

6. Clear the image files cached by the OEM. The directory is $ ORACLE_HOME/Solaris/j2ee/oc4j_applications/applications/em/cabo/images/cache/zhs. Use rm *. gif and rm. *. the imx command clears the cached image files.

7. Run the emctl start dbconsole command to start the OEM. Then, you can access the OEM in windows. The Chinese characters in the buttons are displayed.

TIPS:It can be used in your favorite Chinese font. The font should be used to display Chinese characters in the button. However, I guess that all the buttons in the OEM are images automatically generated based on the current browser language. Oracle is really powerful.
