Solution for Oracle's locked ____oracle

First Kind

Ora-28000:the account is locked
The first step: the use of Pl/sql, login name System, the database name unchanged, select the type of time to modify the normal to SYSDBA;
The second step: Select MyObject, view users;
The third step: select System, right-click click "Edit";
Fourth step: Modify the password, the "account is locked" check remove;
Fifth step: Click "Apply" and then click "Close";
The sixth step: re-login can be validated;

ALTER USER username account UNLOCK;

In Plsql developer, if you are prompted to log in Scott/tiger, ora-28000 is locked.

Solution:

After the new oracle10g, with the Scott/tiger test, you will receive the following error prompts:
oracle10g the account is locked
oracle10g the password has expired
Reason: The default oracle10g Scott cannot log in.
Solve:
(1) Conn Sys/sys as SYSDBA; Log on as DBA
(2) Alter user Scott account unlock;//and unlock
(3) Conn Scott/tiger//pop Up a Change Password dialog box, modify the password on it

In the operation of the input CMD in DOS mode input sqlplus, the system user name login, password is just installed Oracle when they fill out the password orcl, log in later.

Sql> Conn Sys/sys as SYSDBA; (Semicolon is required but I am logged in with system this should not be written Conn Sys/sys as SYSDBA should write Conn SYSTEM/ORCL as SYSDBA;)
Connected.
sql> alter user Scott account unlock;
User altered.
Sql> commit;
Commit complete.
Sql> Conn scott/tiger//Please enter a new password and confirm OK
Password changed
Connected.

Then to Plsql developer inside to Scott/tiger login on it ...
