Symptom

To solve this problem, follow the steps below.
Method 1: Clean the computer
When you start Windows in the usual way, some programs are automatically started and run in the background. These programs may include third-party antivirus programs and system utilities. Method 2: delete and reinstall the game
1. Click Start, point to settings, and click Control Panel ".
2. Double-click "Add/delete programs ".

On a Windows 98 or Windows Millennium Edition (Me)-based computer, click the install/uninstall tab.
3. In the list of installed programs, double-click the Microsoft game you want to delete and click Uninstall or change/Delete ".
