CGI Timeout
The specified CGI application exceeded the allowed time for processing. The server has deleted the process.

This is mentioned in the official IIS forum because the server side will execute the CGI as an executable file. The original post is here http://forums.iis.net/t/1147117.aspx

The workaround is to change the execution permissions in the IIS application settings to none or pure script.

Of course, this method is not limited to asp.net. This is also the case for other situations.
