Solution to Chinese garbled characters in Rhythmbox

Ctrl + Alt + T * Open the terminal
2. Enter the following content:

Sudo gedit/etc/profile

3. Enter the following content at the end of opening the file:

Export GST_ID3_TAG_ENCODING = GBK: UTF-8: GB18030
Export GST_ID3V2_TAG_ENCODING = GBK: UTF-8: GB18030

4. Save the changes. Enter the following content on the terminal to make the changes take effect:

Source/etc/profile

5. Restart Rhythmbox and re-import the song.
