Solution to failure to load voice recognition when the office prompts

Each time you open the office series (Word, Excel ...), The system prompts that speech recognition cannot be loaded. After you click "OK", the system will prompt you to enter the loading source dialog box. After you click "cancel", the Office series will run normally, but a prompt will be displayed each time you open the system, it's really annoying.
