Solution to konqueror's support for adobeflashplayer: Linux Release Technology-Debian information. See the following for details. When Debian 4.0 etch is used, the konqueror of kde does not support flash player. My solution to this problem is:
Download the source code file of abobe flash player from the abobe website, decompress it, and install it:
#./Flashplayer-installer
To enter the path (I. e.,/usr/lib/mozilla), enter/usr/lib/mozilla instead of/usr/lib/iceweasel. Installation is complete.
Open the new version and search for kde-dev and kdebase-dev for installation.
Open konqueror, select Internet & Network in settings, and select Web Browser. In Plugins
Click New to create a new connection:/usr/lib/iceweasel/plugins, and then select Scan for New plugins at KDE startup on this option, then click Scan for New Plugins. Click Apply and OK. Then close. Click Java & JavaScript. In java, enter the path/usr/bin/java. Check whether Enable JavaScript globally is selected in JavaScript. Click Apply and OK below. Then close.
