Solution to the black screen problem in Win8 system

I. Hardware: Select to enter the BIOS immediately after the device is started to check whether a black screen is displayed. If the screen is also black, the hardware is faulty.

II. System file configuration:

1. Start the black screen and use Ctrl + SFHIFT + ESC to call up the task manager with only the mouse;

2. Click "details" on the left at the bottom of the Task Manager to display the complete panel. Select the task management file --- run the new task;

3. In the displayed dialog box, select "browse" in the lower-right corner to bring up the file browsing window;

4. You can see "This computer" on the left in the file browsing window, right-click it, and choose "manage ";

5. In the displayed "computer management" window, select local users and groups & rarr; users on the left and list users on the right;

6. Create an administrator account, log out of the account, and log in with the new user name.

3. Video card driver: black screen may be caused by incompatibility of the video card driver. You need to uninstall the original video card driver and install the latest compatible driver.

Refer to the above method to open "manage", select the Device Manager, open the display adapter, uninstall the device, check the uninstall driver, and then restart the system to update the graphics card driver.

4. System Update: a black screen is displayed because of incompatibility after automatic update. You need to uninstall the latest update.

For details, refer to the following operations: open the local Task Manager, select a file for creating a new task, and enter “control.exe. Open the Control Panel, open programs and functions, click on the left side to view installed updates, and right-click to uninstall recent updates.

5. System fault: If the above methods are not resolved, you need to back up the data (refer to the above method to open the file browsing window and copy the backup) and then reinstall the system or restore it with one click.

Method 2

2. Find the "windows font cache service" and set the "windows font cache service" startup type to "automatic" according to the following figure "]

Method 3

1. Right-click the computer (or right-click the computer), click "properties", and then click "Advanced System Settings"

2. Click "Advanced" in system properties-"settings" in "startup and fault recovery"

3. As shown in the following figure, the time can be changed to 3 s or shorter.

Method 4

1. Reinstall the video card driver. The video card driver will also affect the black screen on startup.

Tip:Win8 restart is generally not very fast, it is recommended that you completely shut down and then start the test.
