Solution to Windows 8 false positives

Most of the solutions to Windows 8 false positives are semi-stuck because of a Bug in Dynamic Tick. Dynamic Tick is a new feature of the NT 6.2 kernel (in fact, it has been available in Linux For A Long Time). The principle is to suspend the CPU completely during idle time to save power. However, it seems that this technology is not very mature, and the judgment on "idle" may sometimes go wrong, so the CPU may also be suspended during normal use, and there may be a false death. The RP has been fixed with a patch once, but it does not seem to have been completely repaired. The solution is to turn it off, and then the kernel will return to Win7. So it will still be the same as that of Win7, but it should not be suspended. To disable it, open CMD with the Administrator, enter bcdedit/set disabledynamictick yes, and restart.
