Solutions to Perl version conflicts during Symbian Development Environment setup

After installing carbide C/C ++, I encountered a problem:

Found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

The Perl version installed here is 5.6.1-635. Strange why the error "coarse waist perl58.dll" is reported.

Perl and carbide C/C ++ have been reinstalled several times.

 

I searched it online, as if it was caused by an environment variable of perl5lib.

D:/Oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/perl/5.8.3/lib/mswin32-x86; D:/Oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/perl/5.8.3/LIB; D: /Oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/perl/5.8.3/lib/mswin32-x86; D:/Oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/perl/site/5.8.3; D: /Oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/perl/site/5.8.3/LIB; D:/Oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/sysman/admin/scripts;

 

This environment variable is generated when Oracle10g is installed.

 

After this variable is deleted, carbide C/C ++ runs normally.

 

It is not clear what the impact of deleting this environment variable on Oracle.
