Solutions to garbled code on asp + mysql + utf8 web pages

MYSQL is UTF8 encoded. However, no matter how many UTF8 definitions are added to the webpage, the displayed results still have some small grids. In addition, LIKE Chinese is used in SQL statements, which cannot be queried. Instead, it is defined as gb2312, and the display is completely normal.
