Solve MySQL Chinese garbled problem

It cost me a lot of time to solve garbled characters!
Garbled reason has
1.mysql not set to support kanji
2. No header information sent
3. The compiler used does not conform to the appropriate encoding


The solution is
in MySQL.
I'm using Wanmp Server.
1. Find My.ini in MySQL directory and add Default-character-set=utf8 in [client]
[Client]

Port = 3306
Socket =/tmp/mysql.sock
Default-character-set=utf8
2. In [MYSLD]: Increase
Character-set-server=utf8
Collation-server=utf8_general_ci
3. Restart the MySQL service
