2. Convert File name encoding

Install CONVMV:
sudo apt-get install CONVMV
To convert a file or directory:
Convmv-f gbk-t utf8-r--notest *

Install 7-zip and CONVMV:
sudo apt-get install CONVMV p7zip-full
Unzip the zip file:

Convmv-f gbk-t utf8-r--notest *
4, unzip RAR file garbled
In Ubuntu under the Windows environment to extract the natural RAR files, the same will encounter Chinese garbled problems, such as the use of 7z to extract.
The solution is to use Unrar to decompress.
