Solve the problem of "Access Denied" when running rpc in XP

RPC-based servicesProgramIn Win2000 and win2003, the system runs normally, but fails in xp. The error message is "Access Denied". How can this problem be solved?

The solution is as follows:

1. Click Start, click Run, type gpedit. msc, and click OK to open the Group Policy.
2. After the Group Policy is enabled, choose computer configuration> management template> system> Remote Procedure Call> Limits for unverified RPC Clients ".
3. Double-click "limits for unverified RPC Clients" and select "properties" from the shortcut menu ".
4. In the pop-up "properties" dialog box, select the "Settings" property page, select "enabled", "Unverified client restrictions for RPC running to be applied", and select "NONE ".
5. Click OK to complete the settings.

After testing, it is determined that only XP + SP2 will have the problem of "Access Denied" for RPC communication. Other Win2k and Win2k systems do not have this problem.
