In the fifth year, the total salary is 10000, the total personal ability is 4700, and the value is 5300 for the company. You will be surprised to find that you have fallen into the trap that the company has prepared for you. The value of the company may be worthless to other companies. Because as time goes on, your value to the company will keep increasing. If you are comfortable with the status quo and do not always reinforce your technical skills, if the company has encountered some problems at this time, for example, if you go bankrupt, you will find that you are worth RMB 4700 when you only have to change to work. Other companies may not pay for the RMB 5300.

Therefore, as an IT person, you should always remind yourself to reinforce yourself technically outside of work. "If you want to find a job that can be used for the rest of your life as long as you study technology, you 'd better not consider the IT industry.
