1. First, you will need to download the Windows Insider consent agreement to check the success before you can find the WIN10 preview version that can be installed in your phone update.

2. After the installation is complete, enter the interface, you may need to enter the SIM card PIN code, this time the bug is coming, when you enter the PIN code, the machine will be stuck.

So you can cancel the order first. After entering the system, enter the system->phone->sim security selected as off, this time need to enter the PIN code, no problem, will not die.

3. Forget to say, if the card is dead, long press the power button + volume-10-15 seconds or wait until the phone vibrates, release, the phone will restart.

4. If you lock the screen to die, that is, can not solve the screen, which is likely to be the reason for the lock screen software, find and uninstall it.

Of course, if you still find that can not solve the screen, then try to install the lock screen software, and then uninstall, theoretically the problem will be solved.

5. When you use the camera, you may also be stuck, so you need to change the photo button corresponding software to "professional shooting" rather than bring your own "photo"

6. When you long press the Back button, this time display all open Interface may die, then if your unlocking, you can lock the screen and then open, or click the Photo button, and then come back
