Sp_rename modified table name not supported in SqlCe

The sp_rename procedure is not a avialable in SQL ce!

In SQL Server 2005 Management Studio that has to create a new column with the new name and then you have to update it with th E values from the your old column and then the to delete your old column. The last action was difficult if the column is (part of) an index.
