Allows Oldboy to use the Useradd command for ordinary users

Create a normal user Oldboy (slightly)

Visudo//Enter sudo configuration file under root user

: Set nu//input in command line mode: SETNU Display line number

Press 99gg to line 99th

Press I to enter edit mode

Oldboy all= (All)/usr/sbin/useradd//Add this content

Press ESC

: Wq//Save exit

Su-oldboy//Switch to Oldboy user

sudo useradd QQQ//create user QQQ

Then enter the Oldboy password

TAIL-1/etc/passwd//See if the creation was successful
