Open the installation directory of the MSSQL database management system, for example:

X:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10. MSSQL Server\mssql\DATA.

Where x:\ is the drive letter where you install the MS SQL database management System instance.

Delete X:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\mssql10. Mssqlserver\mssql\DATA inside

ReportServer.mdf, Reportserver_log. LDF, Reportservertempdb.mdf, Reportservertempdb_log. LDF of these four files.

Rerun the self-test and find that there are no error prompts.
