SQL Server quick Big Data sorting method

There is an order by NewID () method in SQL Server, but for a larger set of data, it is not stint to sort slowly.

Examples are as follows:

SELECTtop 100 * from [01_subjectivescoreinfo ]where (abs (cast (BINARY _checksum (ID, newid ())) as int)) % 100)  < 1         

However, this method still has my flaw, that is, all records cannot be sorted, and in the above example, if the total number of records is less than 10000,top 100, the number of records returned will be less than 100.
