SQLite Encoding Problems operationalerror: cocould not decode to UTF-8 column 'name'

Set the text type used by python to process sqlite3. The default value is Unicode.

This is because the GBK encoding is used to retrieve data from the database (because the last time you saved the data is GBK)
The default value of conn. text_factory is Unicode. python will try to convert text fields to Unicode, and an error will occur.
