UL Communication wiring

CMP: Full-level communication cable, which is the highest level of cable safety, has the perfect flame retardant capability and emits low levels of smoke and toxins. Low Smoke 0 Halogen (LSZH)

Another safety level used in the wiring industry is a low smoke 0 halogen (LSZH) cable. This safety level is divided by ISO/IEC standards and is widely used in Europe.

The Lszh level, like the UL CMP class, tests the flame retardancy and the emitted gas. As the name suggests, the burning Lszh does not emit halide gas, the smoke emitted is very low. Lszh grade cable can be used for copper and fiber optic communication cable, its structure is similar to the UL grade cable.
