Start transformation at the age of 30

I remember reading some previous articles saying that there are about three directions for IT personnel Transformation: management, training, or direct transfer to other industries, the age limit for transformation is about 35 years old. If you cannot complete your career transformation before the age of 35, you will be in trouble in the future.

I feel that I am not so brave enough to verify the above "35 years old" hurdle, so after a long time of consideration, I finally made up my mind to prepare for advance transformation, yesterday I quit my seven-year embedded development job and started the transformation.

In an outsourcing city like Dalian, I chose a Fortune 500 foreign company. I hope the transformation will go smoothly !!!!
