I believe many users have met Oracle's data files. You can check them here.

In this process, use sqlplus to log on with sys and perform the following steps:

1. offline the data file:
Alter database datafile 'd: \ Oracle \ PRODUCT \ 10.2.0 \ DBFILES \ DSBI \ DS. ORA 'offline
Note: If you are prompted to be in use, restart the database before performing this operation.

2. copy the data file (DS. ORA) to the new directory file.

3. alter database datafile 'd: \ Oracle \ PRODUCT \ 10.2.0 \ DBFILES \ DSBI \ DS. ORA 'online
An error may be prompted:
ORA-01113: File 5 requires media recovery
ORA-01110: Data File 5: 'd: \ Oracle \ PRODUCT \ 10.2.0 \ DBFILES \ DSBI \ DS. ORA'

-- 4. set autorecovery on

5. recover datafile 5; 5 is the data file 5 mentioned in 3

Tip: Media Recovery completed

6. alter database datafile 'd: \ Oracle \ PRODUCT \ 10.2.0 \ DBFILES \ DSBI \ DS. ORA 'Online

7. the end.
