Sublime and Vim set tab to 4 spaces

For learning Python programming, a good IDE is essential, Python has a high requirement for code indentation, typically 4 spaces indented.

For VIM, we just need vim. VIMRC plus the following 2 lines of code:

Set ts=4

Set Expandtab

For sublime, you need preferences-Settings, plus the following 2 lines of code:

"Tab_size": 4,

"Translate_tabs_to_spaces": true,
