Step 6: Fill in the Time box to set the time for shutdown;
Step 7: Select Start program and enter C: windowssystem32shutdown.exe. the key is to find shutdown.exe, which depends on the location of your personal system installation and can be found in the browser. Then, enter "-s" in the add parameter or "-f-s".-s: shutdown command, and-f: Force close the running application. Idea: Do not enter double quotation marks.
Click finish. The main page is displayed. You can view the tasks you added in the scheduler Task Library, modify the tasks, delete the selected tasks, and select properties when you change them.

How to set automatic shutdown for win10 system

1. Enter the scheduled task in the search bar of the Start menu, and then the scheduled task program is automatically searched. Click here. See figure 1.

Universal timed automatic shutdown

If you want your computer to automatically shut down after 10 minutes, select "run" in the "Start" menu, enter Shutdown-s-t 600, and click "OK. In this way, the computer will start to count down, and the computer will automatically shut down in 10 minutes.

Note: The-t parameter is the countdown command for automatic shutdown. The 600 parameter is 10 minutes or 600 seconds.
