SVN compilation and installation reports error 403

1. Description
Normally, you can install SVN through yum. to customize the installation directory, compile and install it.

2. Problem
The first download is version 1.6. the apache version is 2.4 and the latest version. When the SVN is compiled, the parameter is missing. The query result is that the parameter is changed after apache version 2.4, at that time, I thought it could not be solved. When I needed to downgrade the apache version, I found that Svn had been updated to 1.7. I checked the Update log and found that it had solved this problem. Download, I found that a deps package was also canceled, which is good.
After compilation and installation, configure and change the directory group and permissions. related properties are also configured in the conf file. The error 403 is displayed in both the parent directory and sub-repository. I checked the error several times and found no problem.

3. Solution
Yesterday, I suddenly thought that during the differences between compilation and installation and Yum installation, the compilation and installation service will not be automatically started. Is it possible that the svn background process may not be available? Go back and start svnsever and find OK. It's speechless.
