SVN server limit comments in Windows

1) Open the version library D: \ SVN version library \ otpv3 \ hooks,

2) then create a new file pre-commit.bat. (The Directory has a template file: pre-commit.impl, if you are interested, you can see in detail ).

Set the global variable svn_home, point to your SVN installation directory, and then define the following script to the pre-commit.bat,
